Christmas was a success in the Clendenin house. This is really the first year that Connor really understood what was going on. It was really fun. Aubrey is catching up in age so quickly to Connor. ...but next year, she will be even more into Christmas! Here are a few videos of the kids seeing "Christmas" for the first time. I am attaching a few pictures too since Logan was asleep for the video portion!
Now that Christmas is over, it is time to get ready for the Clendenin Clan festivities. They roar into town today to celebrate Tutu's 95th birthday on New Years Day. Tom will also be turning 30 on that day. Lots to celebrate!! Then a few weeks later this crew takes off to the Dominican Republic to celebrate Tutu's brother Jim's 90th birthday. He has decided to throw a 4 day party in the Dominican Republic for the extended family. An event like this hasn't happened in a very long time. It should be so much fun and we all can't wait. Our little kidlets will be staying behind but will be in great hands with Nana (my mom) and Nana Sue (my aunt Susan from TN). I can't tell you how nice it is to have both of them here to keep watch over my babies. Thank you a million times...without you two, this trip wouldn't be possible for us. Hugs and kisses!
Another milestone mention is that today John and I celebrate our 8 year anniversary! 8 years have come and gone so quickly...time flies while you are having fun.
I also want to say happy anniversary to my uncle Jim and aunt Susan...they also celebrate today. ....AND Happy Anniversary to my bestest friend Claudine and her husband Rob as you celebrate tomorrow.
